Math Hero (心算小勇士) is a children's mental arithmetic practice app. We take your child's privacy extremely seriously. This policy explains our data practices in plain language.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personal information (name, email, location, etc.).
We do not require account creation or login.
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
We do not transmit any data off the device.
We do not display third-party advertisements.

2. Data Stored On-Device

All app data is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it:

Practice session records (mode, level, accuracy, duration, date)
Parent settings (child nickname, daily goal minutes, sound preference)
Current practice progress (if a session is in progress)

You can clear all stored data at any time from the Parent Settings screen within the app.

3. Voice Prompts

The app includes bundled voice prompt audio files that play locally when encouragement sound is enabled. These are pre-recorded, bundled with the app, and require no network access to function. No voice data is recorded or transmitted.

4. Children's Privacy

Math Hero is designed for children ages 4–8. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, there is no data to share, sell, or process. The app is fully functional without any network connection.

5. Network Access

Math Hero does not make any network requests. It works entirely offline. No data is ever sent to a server.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected on this page. Since the app does not connect to the internet, you will always find the latest version here.
